Opportunities for support

These parenting hurdles – the moments when a child is facing a new challenge, transition or worry – are important opportunities for Togetherness. By being there when parents are actively seeking out support, our expertise feels immediately relevant and valuable, helping parents understand what is happening for their child and giving them practical tools to use in the moment. Togetherness becomes not only useful, but a trusted and reliable source of much-needed support that also empowers them for future challenges.

In 2026 Togetherness teamed up with education platform Learning by Questions (LbQ) to support families during SATs season through the hugely popular national resource, Spill the Beans on SATs, a free, downloadable guide.

Making sense of SATs stress

Breaking down what SATs are, what children can expect and simple at-home strategies to reduce stress using our experts’ insight, the focus is on recognising and understanding that exam anxiety is normal, expected, and something the body does naturally in pressured situations – but managing it effectively means it won’t cause overwhelm.

Developing beneficial partnerships with those who share our Togetherness values, like LbQ, helps us to combine resources and reach, and provide even more practical and emotionally aware guidance for school parents during key milestones, in a space that is timely and relevant to them.

Meeting parents at pinch points

With the resource accessed more than 24,000 times last year, the impact is significant. Supporting parents to develop their children’s key life skills through these partnerships ensures Togetherness is here for parents at critical parenting points, in a format that fits into their lives. By pairing real classroom concerns with Togetherness’ specialist clinical expertise, Spill the Beans on SATs gives families exactly what they’ve been asking for: friendly, accessible guidance that makes SATs feel a little less daunting, and parents feel more supported.
