The Foundation Training for Managers is designed to equip managers within a wide range of settings such as Health, Education and Family Support, with an effective approach to supporting and improving emotional health and wellbeing for children, their parents or carers, service users or employees.

Building on the Foundation training information, participants will consider their roles in supporting colleagues to get the best from them and their cases. They will expand their skills in coaching others and considering emotional wellbeing as a parallel process. Equipped with this knowledge and working through a series of real-life case studies prepares managers to engage employee with confidence to make a real and lasting impact.
