The Refresher Day is designed to consolidate practitioners’ learning from the 2 Day Foundation Training. Togetherness recommends best value comes from integrating this training as part of a theory-into-practice strategy that includes work discussion time and considers the Advanced Training on brain development, attachment and/or trauma.

The Togetherness team are passionate about early intervention and responsive relationships supporting mental health and wellbeing. The Solihull Approach model at the heart of all our training and resources has a significant evidence base both quantitative and qualitative showing the improvements for:

  • the parent-child relationship
  • child prosocial behaviour
  • behaviour difficulties
  • parental anxiety and stress
  • practitioner satisfaction
  • Revisiting the Solihull Approach: Containment, Reciprocity, Behaviour Management
  • Refresher and updates on baby brain development

‘Open training’ is delivered throughout the year for individual bookings to a cohort of up to 12 delegates.

‘Closed’ training is bespoke delivered for teams of staff of up to 12 individuals within an organisation with a relevant resource pack.

For ‘closed’ training, please complete an enquiry form to discuss a bespoke order.

Contact our team to discuss tailored training packages or commissioning multiple training days.

Delegates will require a supporting Resource Pack to have completed the 2 Day Foundation Training originally and will be able to use the same Resource Pack as part of their Refresher Day training. The Resource Packs include a comprehensive summary of the Solihull Approach theoretical model, case studies, and a series of frameworks and guides for parents on various issues.
