How to use Togetherness online learning pathways as a support to reduce parental conflict 

Dr Hazel Douglas, Clinical Psychologist, and Health Visitors, Mary Rheeston and Paulene Wensley describe how the Understanding your relationships pathway can help raise emotional wellbeing for parents.  They share recent video resources to highlight how parental relationships model behaviour for children and introduce helpful concepts for parents to think about stress, conflict, behaviour and communication.

How to use Togetherness online pathways for individual parents 

Dr Clea Thompson, Clinical Psychologist in Fife, and her colleague Lillian Rose share how they’ve used the Togetherness online pathway Understanding your child: from toddler to teenager as a flexible framework when working with parents—both in person and online. 

Since the video was recorded, this course has evolved into 13 Steps (previously 11), but the content remains the same.
