Reflective supervision
For supervisors, managers and leaders
Promoting emotional wellbeing across practice to get the best for your families and your team.
Togetherness supports positive working cultures that promote psychological safety and create spaces for practitioners to reflect in order to manage complex and challenging cases effectively.

Based on the Solihull Approach model, a one-day advanced level training, Reflective Supervision, extends the foundation training knowledge to focus on supervision. It equips leaders or managers with the skills to guide supportive conversations and promote reflection for both staff wellbeing and improved service delivery.
