This Togetherness Train the Trainer (Foundation) Training Agreement applies to all Togetherness Train the Trainer (Foundation) trainings. 

Togetherness Train the Trainer (Foundation) trainings enable trainers to deliver the range of Solihull Approach Foundation trainings to attendees in compliance with the Togetherness Code of Practice

The Togetherness cascade model of training enables trainers to deliver any of the Solihull Approach Foundation trainings in their local area as part of their normal role within the cascade training model. This Agreement is part of the Togetherness quality assurance and governance strategy to maintain the integrity and fidelity of groups and training.  

By attending any of the Togetherness Train the Trainer (Foundation) trainings, you agree to adhere to the following. 

You will: 

  1. Have completed one of the range of Togetherness 2 Day Foundation trainings and integrated the Solihull Approach model of working into your practice.
  2. Complete the Togetherness ‘Train the Trainer’ (Foundation) training before delivering any Togetherness 2 Day Foundation training.
  3. Have individual access to your own relevant Togetherness Trainers’ Manual for preparation and training delivery.
  4. Have easy access to the relevant Togetherness resource book or supporting information leaflet.
  5. Seek relevant mentoring and support within your local organisation.
  6. Adhere to the Togetherness Code of Practice.

When delivering any of the Togetherness 2 Day Foundation trainings, you will: 

  1. Ensure that you facilitate any Togetherness 2 Day Foundation training with a co-trainer who has completed the required level of training.  
  2. Provide Togetherness with details of each training you deliver at Data Returns on the website, including  attendees’ names, emails and dates they complete their 2 Day Foundation training.
  3. Upload evaluation forms for each training you deliver at Data Returns at the Togetherness website.
  4. Deliver any Togetherness 2 Day Foundation training as detailed in the relevant Togetherness Trainer’s Manual.
  5. Ensure that every participant has access to the relevant Togetherness resource book and/or supporting information booklet where relevant, during the training.
  6. Ensure that participants have easy access to the relevant Togetherness resource book and/or supporting information leaflet after the training, to move theory into practice.
  7. Liaise with the Togetherness Manager regarding any queries, training issues or concerns.
  8. Encourage participants to set up relevant mentoring and support after training, e.g. work discussion groups. 

Togetherness understands and encourages creativity within the development of Togetherness resources and groups. If you would like to suggest changes to activities within the training, please contact the Togetherness Manager to discuss your ideas before making any adjustments. 

Please complete the Agreement form before attending your training, confirming you agree to adhere to the Togetherness Train the Trainer’s (Foundation) Agreement Terms and Conditions and Code of Practice, via Monday.com.

We may change this Agreement from time to time. We will communicate the updated Agreement on the website, and it will take effect immediately or on a date that is nominated in the posting or in a notice we send to you. Your ongoing use of the Togetherness’s intellectual property after the changes take effect signifies your agreement to the updated Agreement. You are responsible for regularly reviewing this Agreement and any other terms posted on the website. If you disagree with the changes that are made to this Agreement, you may simply terminate use of the Togetherness’s intellectual property as provided above.

  3. Delivered at least one of the range of Togetherness groups for parents/carers.
  4. Complete the Togetherness ‘Train the Trainer’ (Parenting)  training before delivering any Togetherness Group Facilitator training.  
  5. Have individual access to your own relevant Togetherness Group Facilitator’s Trainers’ Manual for preparation and delivery of training.
  6. Seek relevant mentoring and support within your local organisation.
  7. Adhere to the Togetherness Code of Practice.  

When delivering any of the Togetherness Group Facilitator trainings, you will:  

  1. Ensure that you facilitate any Togetherness Group Facilitators training with a co-trainer who has completed the required level of training.
  2. Ensure that each attendee booked onto the Togetherness Group Facilitator trainings you deliver has completed the required pre-requisite Togetherness training.  
  3. Provide the Togetherness office by email togetherness@uhb.nhs.uk with details of attendees and their required pre-requisite training dates prior to training to enable relevant Facilitator Manuals to be acquired.
  4. Ensure that the attendees you train sign the Agreement form for Facilitators of Groups before training.
  5. Upload evaluation forms for each training you deliver at Data Returns at the Togetherness website.
  6. Liaise with the Togetherness Manager regarding any queries, training issues or concerns.

This Togetherness Facilitator of Groups training agreement relates to all Togetherness Group Facilitator trainings.

Togetherness Group Facilitator Trainer’s trainings enable Facilitators to deliver the range of Togetherness Group facilitator groups to parents/carers in compliance with the Togetherness Code of Practice. https://solihullapproach.heiapply.com/application/Code_of_Practice

This Agreement is part of the Togetherness quality assurance and governance strategy to maintain the integrity and fidelity of groups and training.  

By attending any of the Solihull Foundation Group Facilitator trainings, you agree to adhere to the following.  

You will:  

  1. Have completed one of the Togetherness 2 Day Foundation trainings and integrated the Solihull Approach model of working into your practice.
  2. Complete one of the Togetherness Parenting Group Facilitator trainings before delivering any Togetherness group for parents/carers.
  3. Have individual access to your own Togetherness Group Facilitators Trainers’ Manual for preparation and group delivery.
  4. Adhere to the Togetherness Code of Practice.   

When delivering any of the Togetherness Parenting Group Facilitator trainings, you will:  

  1. Ensure that any Togetherness parenting groups are delivered with a co-facilitator who has completed the required training and has their own relevant Facilitators’ Manual for preparation and group delivery.
  2. Deliver any Togetherness parenting groups as detailed in the relevant Togetherness Group Facilitators’ Manual.
  3. Do not reduce the number of group sessions by omitting sessions or combining sessions into one session, or changing the content of the sessions as detailed in any Togetherness Group Facilitators Manuals.
  4. Upload completed Togetherness parent evaluation forms for facilitated groups at Data Returns at the Togetherness website.
  5. Liaise with the Togetherness Manager regarding any relevant issues or concerns.
  6. Arrange support for yourself to set up, run and debrief after delivering a group.

Togetherness understands and encourages creativity within the development of Togetherness resources and groups. If you would like to suggest changes to activities within the groups, please contact the Togetherness Manager to discuss your ideas before making any adjustments.
