Looking to train a group, whole team or organisation in emotional health and wellbeing?

Togetherness Management 1 Day Advanced Training is designed to consolidate and build on the information and skills introduced in the Foundation Training for leaders. Participants will be supported to reflect on their management role for creating cultures that prioritise emotional health, as well as introducing ideas from advanced training in trauma for a trauma-informed culture or team.

For managers working with staff working with babies, young children, or young people, parents or families.

Course content

  • Deeper understanding of the Solihull Approach: Containment, Reciprocity, Behaviour Management 
  • Management and the parallel process in practice 
  • Understanding types of trauma and recovery 

Delivery

The Management 1 Day Advanced Training is designed for any Togetherness trained practitioner managing people within public or third sector provisions for babies, young children and school-aged children, young people and their families. 

‘Open training’ is delivered throughout the year for individual bookings to a cohort of up to 12 delegates. 

‘Closed’ training is bespoke delivered for teams of staff of up to 12 individuals within an organisation with a relevant resource pack.

Delegates will require the Solihull Approach to Management Supporting Information Booklet which includes a summary of key information from all the sessions, as a reminder, and reflective questions to support the processing and integration of the information.
