What difference will it make?
The Reflective Supervision Training is designed to consolidate practitioners learning from the 2 Day Foundation Training and applies the Solihull Approach model to supervision using case studies and activities. Helping to create a positive, healthier and more resilient workplace culture, you will develop the skills to:
- Restore (the capacity to think)
- Protect (relationships, and practitioners’ capacity to cope)
- Prevent (escalation of a problem, burnout, high turnover)
