Teachers now have access to tailored, evidence-based CPD on understanding their own emotional health.

As the demands on schools continue to grow and teachers report increasing stress, Togetherness is proud to add new specialised learning to its online pathway library exclusively for teachers.

This bite-sized, online course offers a practical, step-by-step guide to understanding emotional wellbeing, including ideas to help teachers care for themselves and connect more deeply with students and colleagues. Rooted in the trusted Solihull Approach model, the course consists of around three hours of learning time introducing key concepts like containment, emotional understanding and the impact of trauma.

Teachers sat talking to one another.

Created by the NHS clinical psychologists behind Togetherness and shaped by teaching staff from across the sector, the course builds on a proven track record of success. Previous programmes have significantly reduced anxiety and boosted confidence among parents and professionals alike. With content covering attachment, brain development, school transitions, and more, Togetherness courses have already impacted the lives of young people, parents and professionals.

Now available online, teachers can access this flexible CPD anytime, anywhere. Take a look!
