Bite-sized learning to benefit more parents

Helping parents and carers learn more about feelings, behaviour, development and relationships is crucial to our mission, and so producing a tool that is easily accessible, already embedded in daily phone and social media use, and built as short interactions similar to the way we now consume media, means even more parents can benefit from our support – their learning, their way.

The WhatsApp option means parents or carers can take small steps when the day allows, through a familiar and well-used app – and more than 500 learners have engaged in the first three months of its launch.

The pathway is broken down into short, bite-sized stages, with practical ideas for everyday moments and interactive quizzes to prompt reflection, giving parents and carers the option of engaging when it’s suitable for them to pause, ‘tune in’ and reflect – whether it’s while commuting, on lunch breaks or scrolling after the children’s bedtime.
